Every file we coordinate comes with two portals: one for you, one for your client. Both are branded to you. Everything below is our demo account: the agent, the clients, the addresses and the brokerage (Purple Giraffe Realty) are all made up, so you can see exactly how the portals get white-labeled to your brand.
These portals weren't bought off the shelf. Lexi Barraza, Reign TC's owner and a licensed Nevada agent herself, built this system from the ground up around how Las Vegas and Henderson deals actually run: NV contract dates, HOA resale packages, SkySlope compliance, local title and lender workflows. Everything you see here has been customized to what Nevada agents and their clients need, and it keeps evolving as our agents ask for more.
